The breakfast was excellent, not just ordinary, but fresh and filling, I mean, they had a feast spread out, can't say no to that. The owner’s humor and charm made us feel right at home, like he was one of us, ya know?

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for the experience we got.

Super cozy stay

Just had a lovely night, the breakfast was great and filling! The staff were super friendly, and parking was real easy. The room was a bit small but comfy. The hot shower was a lifesaver in the morning! Only thing was the Wi-Fi was kinda slow. great value for money!

The Budget Double Room offered ample space and excellent storage, contributing to a comfortable stay. Breakfast was abundant and made with quality produce, particularly the grilled salmon, which was a highlight. navigating the multiple staircases throughout the historic property can be cumbersome, and parking involves a bit of a trek back to the hotel entrance. Despite these minor inconveniences, the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable.

Absolutely loved the charming ambiance and primo location right by the abbey! The room was comfy and had everything we needed, can I just say, those eclectic furniture pieces added a quirky touch!

But oh dear, the hotel could use a makeover—it’s like stepping into a time machine. If I wanted vintage, I’d have raided my grandma’s attic!

Just a decent option for a holiday in Tewkesbury with attractive and competitive value for money. Our room was spacious, and the little room with a single bed helped with snoring issues. A tip would be to ensure parking is sorted early as it can get tight.

I had a wonderful stay at The Abbey Hotel! The room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the surroundings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, including vegetarian options.

I had a pleasant stay that was made memorable by its excellent location right near the Abbey, perfect for exploring the town. The room was comfortable with lovely views, and the breakfast options were delicious, featuring variations that catered to all tastes. I found the bathroom lacked a bit of shelf space which could have improved my experience.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights and loved the spacious room with a walk-in shower and delightful breakfast choices, especially the full English! I was surprised that the hallway decor didn’t match the photos online, but that didn’t matter. I’d definitely come back!
